Study between scrolls: quizzes from your own notes
BrainTok turns what you need to learn into short quizzes, and puts a few questions in front of the apps you open most. You keep using your phone; your exam material keeps coming back.
Make a quiz from your notes
Open Create with AI, describe the topic, and add what you’re studying: typed notes, photos of your notebook or slides, or PDFs (up to 10 files). BrainTok writes a 50-question multiple-choice quiz, with a short explanation for every answer, in your language.
AI can make mistakes, so check anything that matters for your exam against your course material.
Get questions before your apps
Pick the apps that eat your study time, like Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, and choose your quizzes. When you open one of those apps, BrainTok asks 3 questions first (you can set 1 to 20). Right or wrong, you see the explanation and the app opens. After that it stays open until your next quiz, every 15 minutes to 2 hours, as you choose.
Study time for a real session
When you have a few minutes, open Study time and answer questions for as long as you like, from one quiz or several mixed together. It doesn’t unlock anything; it’s just practice.
Why quizzing yourself works
Answering a question pulls the idea back out of memory, and that makes it stick better than reading your notes again. Psychologists call it retrieval practice, or the testing effect (Roediger and Karpicke, 2006). Short quizzes spread through the day are exactly that kind of practice.
